After lunch on Friday, October 19 , we plan on breaking up the conference into 10 to 15 individual workshops, all relating on one level or another to the theme of the day.

There's a lot of room to work with in this general framework. Be creative.

You're on your own in a workshop: no moderator! At the end of all the workshops on Friday, we'll all reconvene to debrief and move forward.

DEMO requests will close in July. At that time a panel of ConvergeSouth volunteers will let you know how much space if available for DEMOs and if yours fits with the ConvergeSouth theme of "Creativity Online for Everyone."

If your DEMO is chosen, we will contact you with the good news by July 15th (three months to plan travel). If your original DEMO doesn't make the cut, fear not! We just might want you to present in another format. In any event, we'll get back to youand let you know what's what.
